On entering The Lumada there are 9 steps outside leading up to the main door, they have steel hand rails either side, there is also seating at the top of the steps. Inside the main entrance hall there is a chair lift to two floors, if walking up the stairs there are 13 steps on each section of the 3 floors and an extra 2 or 4 steps on each of the landings before entering the rooms. A hand rail goes all the way to the third floor.
The dining room is on the same level as the entrance hall with no steps or slopes.
Our Bar is situated downstairs at basement level, were there is a chair lift provided for those who cannot manage the stairs but will have to just go down one step when getting off.
The smoking area is adjacent outside to the bar with one step.
DISABLED PARKING: you may park on the opposite side of the road, if not you can park in the side streets, there are no parking restrictions as long as your BLUE BADGE is displayed at all times, so you can come and go as you please. Keys must still be handed in at reception until all payments have been made in full, then keys will be handed back.
